Allan is amazing. He is extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. He answered all calls immediately and couldn’t have been more genuine in his passion and love for this work. Likewise, the caregiver was excellent and we couldn’t have been more pleased. I very highly recommend Sarah Grace and will use them again if and when the need arises.

Sarah Grace home health aides displayed sincere compassion while providing care for my father. They were very attentive to his needs and made him comfortable during his time at home while keeping an open line of communication with me along the way. The agency Administrator Allan Gitau, was extremely professional and personable. He continued to check in with me to see how my Dad was doing when his health declined, and made a personal visit with our family during my Dad’s last days!! I would highly recommend Sarah Grace Home Care Service for compassionate care for your loved ones!

Sarah Grace is headed up by very kind, compassionate, and God fearing people. They do pray for their clients, which is such a blessing. My husband was under their care. Allan Gitau always went the extra mile to make things better for us. His workers were kind and good. You really need this when your loved one is sick or dying. My husband did die, and went on to be with the Lord Jesus, but he had the best of care at the end of his life.

Sarah Grace Home Care was a breath of fresh air from 2 other agencies I had worked with in the past. Allan was extremely responsive and staffed my father's care with only 3 different caregivers over the 3 months 7 day a week care I needed for my father. The caregivers handled swapping between themselves to cover my father's hours if one had a conflict. This made it so much easier as all 3 knew my father's routine and situation. The caregivers were professional and so caring and helpful. It is obvious they have been trained to deal with various situations and did so with grace. I highly recommend Sarah Grace Home Care.
