At Sarah Grace Home Care, we assign a caregiver that is the right fit to meet your care needs. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your caregiver, we will replace your caregiver. We also believe that people like to have a choice in what health care services they need and when in terms of timeliness as well as easy access to obtaining quality trustworthy services and where those services are best administered, namely in the home.

Our Companions are friendly and caring who can accompany you for a walk, shopping, or doctor’s appointments. They can also feed if a client is not at high risk of choking.
