Can my family member become comfortable with a single caregiver, or should they expect frequent change and disruption?
We believe that a consistent and reassuring environment is important for anyone who is temporarily or permanently losing full independence. However, we have discovered that using multiple well-trained and educated caregivers provides a variety of experiences that is beneficial for our clients. Like having more than one friend drop by to visit, having multiple caregivers provides the broadest range of insights regarding the health and well-being of our clients. To the extent possible, we strive for a regular group of caregivers to rotate shifts, ensuring your loved one won’t be disappointed by unexpected change.
If clients express a preference for a specific caregiver, we will attempt to schedule that person as frequently as possible.
