How are your caregivers selected?

We follow a rigorous screening and selection process. Caregivers employed at Sarah Grace Home Care, go through background checks, looking into felony and misdemeanor conviction history, address verification over the last 10 years, driving records, credit check, personal reference checks and previous employment verification. Only caregivers who pass our in-depth screening process, orientation and training are employed by Sarah Grace Home Care.
